Section 1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is older, and able to enter into a binding contract. By using the Website or Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide to us is true and complete. If you purchase on behalf of another person, you confirm you are authorized to bind that person, and you remain responsible for payment.

Section 2. How These Terms Work With Your Program Agreement

Some programs require you to sign a separate participant agreement, enrollment agreement or other program-specific terms (a "Program Agreement"). Your Program Agreement governs that program's schedule, guarantee, refund, rescheduling, transfer and cancellation terms and any fees. If these Terms conflict with your Program Agreement on any of those subjects, the Program Agreement controls for that program. On every other subject, and wherever the Program Agreement is silent, these Terms apply. The Genesis guarantee terms in Section 31 apply to standalone Genesis enrollments. The Genesis Test Drive and the 100% Results Guarantee for Power Code Leadership and Promethean are described in Section 32 and in that program's Program Agreement. Together, these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any Program Agreement make up the entire agreement between you and Inspirean.

Section 3. Intellectual Property and Limited License

(a) Ownership. The Website and Services, including all program content, curricula, methodologies, frameworks, workbooks, worksheets, exercises, recordings, videos, audio, slides, text, graphics, logos and trademarks (including the Power Code™ and our program names), are owned by Inspirean or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other laws.

(b) Your license. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all amounts due, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Website and the materials provided to you, solely for your own personal, non-commercial development.

(c) Restrictions. You may not, without our prior written consent: (1) copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, display or transmit any materials; (2) teach, facilitate, coach, license or deliver any Inspirean content or methodology to others, or create any program, course, product or service derived from or substantially similar to it; (3) share your login, links or access with anyone else; (4) upload materials into, or use them to train, any artificial intelligence or machine-learning tool; or (5) remove any copyright or trademark notice. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership right to you.

Section 4. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.inspirean.com/privacy-policy/, which is part of these Terms. We may update the Privacy Policy from time to time as described there.

Section 5. Your Account and Information

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and program links confidential and for all activity under your account or access. Accounts, enrollments and access are personal to you and may not be shared, sold or transferred to another person without our written consent. Notify us right away at [email protected] of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

Section 6. Orders, Payment, Payment Plans, Refund Window and Billing Disputes

(a) Orders. Payment is due before an order is accepted. An order confirmation does not mean we have accepted your order. We may decline, cancel or limit any order, and may require additional information to complete it. If we cancel an order before you receive any part of the Services, we will refund the amount you paid for that order. All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes.

(b) All sales final unless stated otherwise. Except as provided in Section 6(g), Sections 31 and 32 and your Program Agreement, all purchases are final and non-refundable, and enrollments cannot be canceled. Your obligation to pay is not reduced or excused because you did not attend, complete or use any part of the Services.

(c) Payment authorization. By providing a payment method, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge it for all amounts due, including each scheduled installment, applicable fees and taxes, and you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method. You agree to keep your payment information current.

(d) Payment plans. If you choose a payment plan, you are committing to pay the full program price, and the payment plan is simply a schedule for paying it. If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the charge, contact you to update your payment method, and suspend your access to any Services until your account is current. If any payment remains past due for more than 30 days, we may, to the extent permitted by law, declare the remaining balance immediately due and refer the account for collection. You agree to pay reasonable costs of collection, including collection agency and attorneys' fees, to the extent permitted by law.

(e) Recurring subscriptions. If you purchase a recurring subscription or membership, it renews automatically at the price and interval disclosed at checkout until you cancel. To cancel, email [email protected] at least 10 days before your next billing date, or use any cancellation method shown in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and partial periods are not prorated or refunded. If a free trial or discounted period applies, you must cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged the regular rate. We will notify you by email before any price change takes effect and give you an opportunity to cancel.

(f) Billing concerns and card disputes. If you have a concern about a charge, you agree to contact us first at [email protected] and give us at least 10 business days to resolve it. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, we may provide the issuer with these Terms, your Program Agreement and records of your enrollment, attendance, access and communications; suspend your access to the Services while the dispute is open; and, if the dispute is decided in our favor or withdrawn, recover the amount owed together with any dispute fees and collection costs, to the extent permitted by law. No refund under Section 6(g), Section 31 or Section 32 will be issued for any amount already returned to you through a card dispute or chargeback. Nothing in this Section limits any right you have under applicable law.

(g) Three-business-day refund window. You may cancel any purchase of any product or service for a full refund of the amount you paid by sending a written request to [email protected] within three (3) business days of your date of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

After this window, purchases cannot be canceled, and refunds are available only as described in Sections 31 and 32. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment; if your purchase was financed through a third-party lender, the refund is issued to the lender.

Section 7. Programs and Events

(a) Schedule and times. Program dates, times and durations are stated in your enrollment materials. Unless stated otherwise, all times are Pacific Time. You are responsible for reserving the dates and times of your program.

(b) Changes by Inspirean. We may change the dates, times, location, format (including moving between in-person and virtual delivery), facilitators, speakers, agenda or content of any program when we reasonably believe it is necessary. If we cancel or reschedule a program you are enrolled in, we will offer you a transfer to another available session of the same or a comparable program, or any other remedy your Program Agreement provides. A change in facilitator, speaker, venue or format is not grounds for a refund unless your Program Agreement says otherwise.

(c) Your changes, missed sessions and unused services. Date transfers and refunds are governed by Sections 6(g), 31 and 32 and your Program Agreement, including any fees they state. No refund, credit or extension is owed for sessions you miss, arrive late to or leave early, or for any portion of the Services you do not use, except as your Program Agreement provides.

(d) Virtual participation. For virtual programs, you are responsible for your own device, internet connection, software and a suitable private space. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your equipment, connection or third-party platforms such as Zoom, although we will make reasonable efforts to help you connect.

(e) In-person events. You are responsible for your own travel, lodging, meals and other expenses unless your enrollment expressly includes them. You must follow venue rules and any health and safety requirements we or the venue communicate.

(f) Removal. We may remove you from any program, session, event or online community, and may suspend or end your access to the Services, if we reasonably determine your conduct violates Section 9, disrupts the experience of others, or creates a risk to you or anyone else. If you are removed for these reasons, no refund, credit or transfer is owed except as your Program Agreement provides.

Section 8. Recording, Photography and Use of Likeness

(a) Our recordings. Programs and events may be photographed, recorded (audio and video) or streamed. By attending, you consent to being photographed and recorded, and you grant Inspirean a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, edit and reproduce your name, image, likeness, voice and contributions as captured in those recordings, in any media, to deliver, improve and promote our Services, without compensation. If you prefer not to appear in promotional materials, notify us in writing at [email protected] before your program begins, and we will use reasonable efforts to exclude you from promotional use. You may also keep your camera off during virtual sessions where the facilitator permits.

(b) No recording by participants. To protect our intellectual property and the privacy of other participants, you may not record, photograph, screenshot, stream, transcribe or otherwise capture any part of a program, session or event, by any means, including AI note-taking or transcription tools, without our prior written consent. We may remove any participant, note-taker or bot that captures a session without consent, and may require you to destroy any unauthorized recording.

Section 9. Participant Conduct and Confidentiality

(a) Conduct. You agree to treat facilitators, staff and other participants with respect and to follow the guidelines given for each program. You may not: harass, threaten, demean or discriminate against anyone; solicit, recruit or market products, services or business opportunities to other participants or staff; attend under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs; share access with anyone not enrolled; or engage in any unlawful act or any act that harms Inspirean's reputation, systems or Services.

(b) Confidentiality. Participants often share personal information during programs. You agree to keep confidential anything personal shared by other participants and not to disclose it outside the program. Inspirean is not responsible for what other participants say or disclose, inside or outside a program.

(c) Communications you send. You will not use any Inspirean platform, community or contact list to send spam or unsolicited messages, or upload anyone else's sensitive personal, health or financial information.

Section 10. Health, Wellbeing and Assumption of Risk

(a) Not therapy or professional advice. Our programs are educational and experiential personal-development programs. They are not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, or legal, financial or tax advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Our facilitators, coaches and staff are not acting as licensed health-care providers when delivering the Services.

(b) Your responsibility. Programs can involve emotionally intense exercises, extended hours and, at in-person events, physical activity. You are responsible for deciding whether the Services are right for you. If you are under the care of a medical or mental-health professional, are experiencing a mental-health crisis, or have a condition that could be affected by participation, you agree to consult that professional before participating and to follow their guidance. You agree to tell us before your program begins about anything we should know to support your safe participation. We may, in our reasonable discretion, decline or postpone your participation for safety reasons, with your options governed by your Program Agreement. If you are in crisis, call 911 or 988 in the U.S., or your local emergency number.

(c) Assumption of risk and release. You participate voluntarily and assume the risks of participation, including emotional discomfort, physical exertion and the risks of travel to in-person events. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Inspirean and the persons listed in Section 17 from claims arising from those inherent risks, except claims arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Section 11. Important Disclosures: Education, No Guaranteed Results

Inspirean is an education and personal-development company. We make no promise or guarantee of any particular outcome, including any personal, emotional, relational, health, professional or financial result. Results depend on many factors unique to each person, including effort, circumstances and choices outside our control. Any examples, stories or statements of other participants' experiences are not typical and do not predict your results. Any guarantee we offer is limited to the terms written in Sections 31 and 32 or in your Program Agreement.

Section 12. Testimonials and Reviews

We welcome your feedback. If you submit a testimonial, review, story, photo or video, you grant Inspirean a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, edit (including shortening and correcting errors), reproduce and publish it, together with your first name, last initial, city and state, in any media, for any purpose related to Inspirean, without compensation. You confirm the content is truthful, reflects your genuine experience, and does not infringe anyone's rights. We have no obligation to use any submission. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve similar results.

Section 13. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT; THAT ACCESS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE; THAT ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT THE WEBSITE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRODUCT OR PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS ARE COMPLETE, CURRENT OR ERROR-FREE, AND WE MAY CORRECT PRICING OR DESCRIPTION ERRORS AT ANY TIME, INCLUDING AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED. ANY GUARANTEE WE OFFER IS LIMITED TO THE TERMS OF SECTIONS 31 AND 32 OR YOUR PROGRAM AGREEMENT.

Section 14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) IN NO EVENT WILL INSPIREAN OR ANY PERSON LISTED IN SECTION 17 BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, INCOME, DATA, GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITY, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, ANY PROGRAM AGREEMENT, THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, ANY PROGRAM AGREEMENT, THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO INSPIREAN FOR THE SPECIFIC PROGRAM, PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITS APPLY TO EVERY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), WARRANTY, STATUTE OR OTHERWISE, AND EVEN IF A LIMITED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU; IN THAT CASE, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.

Section 15. Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES YOU AND INSPIREAN TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT, AND WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

(a) Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration, the party with a dispute must send the other a written notice describing the dispute, the relief requested and the sender's contact information (for notices to Inspirean: [email protected] and 3651 Lindell Rd., Suite D255, Las Vegas, NV 89103). The parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute for 60 days after the notice is received. This step is a condition to starting arbitration, and any deadline to bring a claim is paused during it.

(b) Agreement to arbitrate. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms, any Program Agreement, the Website, the Services or your relationship with Inspirean that is not resolved informally will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). Individuals purchasing for personal use will proceed under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules; all others under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. The rules are available at www.adr.org. A single arbitrator will decide the dispute. Hearings may be held by video, telephone or written submissions, or in person in Clark County, Nevada, or as the applicable AAA rules otherwise require. The arbitrator decides all questions of arbitrability, scope, validity and enforceability of this Section, except that a court decides questions about subsection (d) and (e). The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could, applying the law described in Section 23. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

(c) Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies and stays there. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information, as described in Section 16. Inspirean may refer unpaid balances to collection in accordance with Section 6.

(d) Class action waiver. Disputes will be arbitrated or litigated only on an individual basis. Neither you nor Inspirean may bring or participate in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding, and the arbitrator may not consolidate claims of different people. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a claim, that claim must be decided by a court as described in Section 23 and not in arbitration, and this Section will continue to apply to all other claims.

(e) Mass filings. If 25 or more substantially similar arbitration demands are filed against Inspirean by or with the assistance of the same law firm or coordinated group within a 90-day period, the AAA will administer them in batches of up to 50 demands, with one arbitrator per batch and one set of filing and administrative fees per batch, to the extent the AAA rules allow. The parties will cooperate in good faith to implement this process.

(f) Fees. Filing, administrative and arbitrator fees are allocated under the applicable AAA rules. Otherwise each party bears its own attorneys' fees and costs, unless the arbitrator awards them under applicable law or these Terms.

(g) Time limit. To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.

(h) Governing law for this Section and survival. This Section is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq., and survives termination of these Terms and your relationship with Inspirean.

Section 16. Inspirean's Additional Remedies

Any actual or threatened breach of Sections 3, 8(b) or 9(b), or any infringement of Inspirean's intellectual property, could cause Inspirean irreparable harm. Inspirean may seek a temporary restraining order, preliminary or permanent injunction, or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction as described in Section 23, without posting a bond where permitted, in addition to any other remedy.

Section 17. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Inspirean and its owners, officers, directors, managers, employees, independent contractors, facilitators, coaches, affiliates, licensors and agents from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (1) your use or misuse of the Website or Services; (2) your conduct toward other participants, staff or third parties; (3) content or information you submit; (4) your breach of these Terms or your Program Agreement; or (5) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Section 18. Copyright Notices

If you believe content on the Website infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to our designated agent: Copyright Agent, Inspirean, LLC, 3651 Lindell Rd., Suite D255, Las Vegas, NV 89103, [email protected]. If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent. We may terminate the access of repeat infringers.

Section 19. Third-Party Links and Platforms

The Website and Services may link to or rely on third-party websites and platforms, including video-conferencing, payment and scheduling providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Section 20. Suspension, Termination and Survival

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Services, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, your Program Agreement or any law, or have failed to pay any amount due. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligation. The following survive any termination or expiration: Sections 2, 3, 6, 8 through 17, and 20 through 32, and any other provision that by its nature should survive any termination or expiration.

Section 21. No Waiver

Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other. A waiver is effective only if it is in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Inspirean.

Section 22. Email and Text Message Communications; Electronic Signature

(a) Service messages. By providing your phone number and email address, you agree that Inspirean may contact you by email, phone call and text message, including messages sent using automated technology, about your purchase, enrollment, scheduling, program logistics, account and billing.

(b) Marketing messages. By opting in, including by checking a consent box or submitting a form on the Website, at checkout or on any Inspirean page that references these Terms, you agree that Inspirean and those acting on its behalf may send you marketing and promotional emails, phone calls and text messages, including messages sent using automated technology and prerecorded messages, about our programs, events, offers and updates, at the email address and phone number you provided. Your consent to marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

(c) How to unsubscribe. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by: (1) replying STOP to any text message (reply HELP for help); (2) clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email; or (3) emailing [email protected] with your name, email address and phone number and the word "Unsubscribe." We will add you to our internal do-not-contact list and honor your request within 10 business days. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send service messages about an active purchase or enrollment by email or phone call, as permitted by law.

(d) Your phone number. You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the phone number you provide, and you agree to tell us if that number changes. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

(e) Electronic communications and signatures. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any requirement that they be in writing, and that your electronic acceptance, including checking a box or clicking a button, is your legally binding signature.

(f) Inspirean SMS Program Terms. This subsection summarizes the terms of the Inspirean text message program (the "SMS Program") and may be linked directly from any SMS opt-in form.

  • Program: Inspirean, LLC sends text messages, including messages sent using automated technology, to people who provide their phone number and consent to receive them. Messages may include webinar and event reminders, program logistics, account and billing notices, and marketing and promotional messages about Inspirean programs, events and offers.
  • Consent: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box or submitting a form on the Website, at checkout or on any Inspirean page that references these Terms. Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Help: Reply HELP to any message, text HELP to 720-780-1712, email [email protected] or call 702-761-3964.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from Inspirean. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. To rejoin, reply START.
  • Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Our Privacy Policy is available at https://www.inspirean.com/privacy-policy/.
  • Terms: These SMS Program terms are part of the Inspirean Terms of Service, available at https://www.inspirean.com/terms-of-use/.

Section 23. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and by the Federal Arbitration Act as to Section 15. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, you and Inspirean consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and waive any objection to those courts. All such claims must be brought on an individual basis only.

Section 24. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delay, change, cancellation or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, epidemics or public-health orders, government action, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, power or internet failures, failures of third-party platforms or providers, or the illness, injury or unavailability of a facilitator. In those cases, we may reschedule, move to virtual delivery, or offer the remedies described in Section 7(b).

Section 25. Assignment

Inspirean may assign or transfer these Terms and any Program Agreement, in whole or in part, without notice, including in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. You may not assign or transfer your rights or enrollment without our prior written consent.

Section 26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on the Website with a new "Last Updated" date, and for material changes we will give reasonable advance notice by email or on the Website. Updated Terms apply to purchases and use after their effective date. Changes will not apply to any dispute for which a notice under Section 15(a) was sent before the change took effect, and will not change the terms of a program you already purchased unless you agree.

Section 27. Your Representations

You represent that: (1) you meet the eligibility requirements in Section 1; (2) you have read and understand these Terms; (3) all information you give us is accurate and complete; and (4) you will not resell, redistribute or commercially exploit any part of the Services. You agree that Inspirean may rely on the information you provide.

Section 28. Severability and Interpretation

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible or modified as needed to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions remain in full force, subject to Section 15(d). Headings are for convenience only. The word "including" means "including without limitation." No provision will be construed against either party because that party drafted it.

Section 29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any Program Agreement form the entire agreement between you and Inspirean about the Website and Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous statements, representations or proposals, whether oral or written, about the same subject. As provided in Section 2, your Program Agreement controls over these Terms on the subjects listed there. New features or services we offer are also subject to these Terms.

Section 30. Contact Us

Questions about these Terms, notices and requests: Inspirean, LLC, 3651 Lindell Rd., Suite D255, Las Vegas, NV 89103, [email protected], 702-761-3964.

Section 31. Genesis Guarantee

At Inspirean, we stand behind the transformational power of Genesis. Participants in a standalone Genesis enrollment may qualify for a refund through one of two paths, subject to the terms below.

(a) Path 1: Completion Refund (Honored Commitment). Participants who attend Genesis on their originally confirmed dates, complete all program requirements (including all three days of the event), and submit a written refund request to [email protected] within twenty-four (24) hours after the scheduled conclusion of Day 3 are eligible for a full refund of the tuition they paid.

This benefit is reserved for participants who honor their originally confirmed dates. If a participant moves their confirmed Genesis seat to a later date, eligibility for the Path 1 Completion Refund is forfeited, and the participant remains eligible for the Path 2 Double Your Money Back Guarantee.

(b) Path 2: Double Your Money Back Guarantee. This satisfaction-based option is available to all participants, including those who move their confirmed seat to a later date. To qualify, participants must:

  • Attend Day 1 and Day 2 of Genesis live, in full
  • Be present for and participate in all exercises on both days
  • Complete Day 2 through the end of the day
  • Adhere to all participation agreements and program expectations

Participants are not required to attend Day 3 to qualify.

If, after meeting these requirements, the participant is not absolutely blown away by the breakthroughs and value received, the participant must submit a written refund request to [email protected] within twenty-four (24) hours after the scheduled conclusion of Day 3 of their Genesis event.

Upon verification of eligibility, Inspirean will issue a refund equal to two (2) times the tuition they paid.

(c) Eligibility requirements for both paths. To qualify for any refund under this Section, participants must complete all required components of the Genesis experience, including:

  • Completion of Genesis Essentials
  • Completion of the Genesis Success Call
  • Scheduling or booking of the Action Call
  • Full participation in the Genesis event as defined by Inspirean, at a minimum through the end of Day 2
  • Completion of all required exercises and assignments for the days attended

Path 1 participants must also complete all three days of Genesis. Failure to complete any required component results in disqualification from all guarantee eligibility.

(d) Refund requests and processing. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within twenty-four (24) hours after the scheduled conclusion of Day 3 of the participant's Genesis event. Requests submitted outside this window are not eligible.

Inspirean may verify attendance, participation and completion of exercises and assignments before approval. Approved refunds are processed in U.S. dollars within fourteen (14) days of approval.

(e) Limitations. This guarantee applies only to standalone Genesis enrollments. Refunds apply only to the original participant and are non-transferable. Guarantees may not be combined or stacked, and a participant may qualify for only one path. Once a participant qualifies for or elects a refund under one path, eligibility for the other path is forfeited. Inspirean may adjust pricing or run promotions at any time, and no refunds or credits will be issued based on pricing differences.

(f) Transfers. Transferring your Genesis seat to a different date carries a $500 transfer fee. Genesis enrollments cannot be canceled. Other than the three-business-day refund window in Section 6(g), refunds are available only under the guarantee terms in this Section.

To request a transfer, email [email protected]. A participant who transfers their Genesis date remains eligible for the Path 2 Double Your Money Back Guarantee but forfeits the Path 1 Completion Refund, as described in subsection (a). If Inspirean moves your Genesis date, no transfer fee applies and you remain eligible for the Path 1 Completion Refund.

Section 32. Advanced Courses: Guarantees and Transfers (Power Code Leadership and Promethean)

(a) Genesis Test Drive (Promethean). The Genesis Test Drive gives you the opportunity to experience Genesis and decide whether Promethean is the right fit for you. If you enrolled in Promethean before attending Genesis and paid your tuition in full, and you decide Promethean is not right for you, you may request a full refund of the tuition you paid for Promethean.
To qualify, you must:

  • Attend Day 1 and Day 2 of Genesis live, in full
  • Be present for and participate in all exercises on both days
  • Complete Day 2 through the end of the day

You may make this decision as early as the completion of Day 2 of Genesis. Your request must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within twenty-four (24) hours after the scheduled conclusion of Day 3 of your Genesis event.

A Test Drive refund ends your Promethean enrollment, including all classes and access. Once the Test Drive deadline passes, the Test Drive ends and the 100% Results Guarantee in subsection (b) applies.

(b) 100% Results Guarantee (Power Code Leadership and Promethean). Power Code Leadership and Promethean are protected by our 100% Results Guarantee. If you complete every requirement below and do not experience results, you will receive a full refund of the tuition you paid for the program. To qualify:

  • Your tuition must be paid in full
  • You must complete the full program: for Power Code Leadership, Genesis and all six (6) weeks of Power Code Leadership; for Promethean, Genesis, the six (6) week Power Code Leadership program and all Promethean classes
  • You must attend all live sessions; replays do not count toward eligibility
  • You must complete the assigned work and participate fully in the program
  • You must submit your request in writing to [email protected] within seventy-two (72) hours after the final session of your program

(c) Genesis within a package. The Section 31 Genesis Completion Refund and Double Your Money Back Guarantee do not apply to Genesis when it is included in Power Code Leadership or Promethean. Transferring your Genesis date within Power Code Leadership or Promethean carries a $500 transfer fee. This fee applies to Genesis only. Power Code Leadership and Promethean enrollments cannot be canceled; other than the three-business-day refund window in Section 6(g), refunds are available only under the Genesis Test Drive and the 100% Results Guarantee in this Section.

(d) Limitations. Guarantees may not be combined or stacked. Refunds apply only to the original participant and are non-transferable. Requests that do not meet every requirement are not eligible. Approved refunds are processed in U.S. dollars within fourteen (14) days of approval. If this Section and your Program Agreement differ, your Program Agreement controls.

(e) Advanced course transfers. Requests to transfer Power Code Leadership or any Promethean class to a future cohort are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, carry a $1,500 transfer fee. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. A participant who transfers and pays the transfer fee remains eligible for the 100% Results Guarantee. Genesis date transfers carry the $500 transfer fee described in subsection (c) and Section 31(f).
