1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you register, purchase, book a call, complete a form or participate in a program, we may collect:

• Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number and mailing address
• Purchase and billing details, such as the products you buy, your payment plan and your billing address. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers
• Enrollment and scheduling details, such as your program dates, calls you book and your participant agreement
• Information you choose to share with us before or during a program, such as your goals, background, and anything you tell us so we can support your safe participation
• Messages you send us, survey responses, testimonials and reviews

Information about your participation. To deliver our programs and administer our guarantees, we keep records of your attendance, session participation, completion of exercises and assignments, and requests you make, as described in Sections 31 and 32 of the Terms of Service.

Recordings. Programs and events may be recorded, photographed or streamed, as described in Section 8 of the Terms of Service. Recordings may include your name, image, voice and contributions.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our websites or open our emails, we and our service providers may collect device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, and the date and time of your visit, using cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

Information from others. We may receive information from payment processors, financing lenders, scheduling and video-conferencing platforms, advertising partners, and people who refer you to us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process purchases, payments, payment plans, transfers and refunds
• Deliver our programs, events, calls, materials and support
• Verify eligibility for the refund window and guarantees in the Terms of Service
• Send you service messages about your purchase, enrollment, scheduling, account and billing
• Send you marketing messages where permitted, as described in Section 4
• Improve our programs, websites and customer experience
• Promote our Services, including through recordings and testimonials, as allowed by the Terms of Service
• Prevent fraud, protect our rights and the safety of participants, respond to card disputes, and comply with the law

3. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as described here:

• Service providers that help us run our business, such as payment processors, customer relationship management, email and text message platforms, scheduling tools, video-conferencing platforms such as Zoom, website hosting, and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us
• Financing lenders, if you choose to finance a purchase, to administer your financing and any refund
• Card issuers and payment networks, to respond to a billing dispute, as described in Section 6 of the Terms of Service
• Advertising and analytics partners, which may collect information through cookies and pixels on our websites to help us measure and improve our advertising
• Professional advisors, such as attorneys and accountants, and legal authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, our participants or others
• A successor business, if Inspirean is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Email and Text Messages

Service messages. We contact you by email, phone and text about your purchase, enrollment, scheduling, program logistics, account and billing.

Marketing messages. If you opt in, we may send you marketing emails, calls and text messages about our programs, events, offers and updates, including messages sent using automated technology. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

How to unsubscribe. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any text message (reply HELP for help)
• Clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
• Emailing [email protected] with your name, email address, phone number and the word "Unsubscribe"

We will add you to our internal do-not-contact list and honor your request within 10 business days. After you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send service messages about an active purchase or enrollment by email or phone call, as permitted by law. Replying STOP stops all text messages from Inspirean; reply START to rejoin. For help, reply HELP, text HELP to 720-780-1712, email [email protected] or call 702-761-3964. 5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to operate our websites, remember your preferences, measure performance and support our advertising. You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies; some parts of our websites may not work properly if you do. Our websites do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

6. Sensitive Information

Our programs are personal-development experiences, and you may choose to share personal or sensitive information with us, such as information about your health or wellbeing. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. We use this information only to support your participation and safety, limit access to team members who need it, and do not use it for advertising.

Anything you share in a group setting may be heard by other participants. Participants agree to keep what others share confidential under Section 9 of the Terms of Service, but we cannot control what other participants say or do.

7. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, administer purchases, transfers, refunds and guarantees, resolve disputes, keep business and tax records, and comply with the law. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

8. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your login details and program links private, as described in Section 5 of the Terms of Service.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us at any time to:

• Ask what personal information we have about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, refund or dispute purposes
• Opt out of marketing messages

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

Nevada residents. Nevada law allows residents to opt out of the sale of certain personal information. We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law, but you may submit an opt-out request to [email protected].

10. Children

Our Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Websites and Platforms

Our Services may link to or use third-party websites and platforms, such as video-conferencing, payment and scheduling providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

12. Users Outside the United States

Inspirean is based in the United States, and we process and store information in the United States. By using the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on our website with a new "Last Updated" date, and for material changes we will provide reasonable notice by email or on our website.

14. Disputes

Any dispute about this Privacy Policy is governed by the Terms of Service, including the governing law and the arbitration agreement and class action waiver in Sections 15 and 23.
