Inspirean is an education and personal-development company. Our Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Our programs are not therapy, counseling, or medical or mental-health treatment, and they are not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Our facilitators, coaches and staff are not acting as licensed professionals when delivering the Services. Always consult a qualified professional about your specific situation before making medical, mental-health, legal or financial decisions.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Your results depend on many factors unique to you, including your effort, circumstances, background and choices. We make no promise or guarantee that you will achieve any particular personal, emotional, relational, health, professional or financial result.
The only guarantees we offer are the written guarantees in Sections 31 and 32 of our Terms of Service, and they apply only as written there.
3. Testimonials and Examples
Testimonials, success stories, case studies and examples, including references to the business or personal results of our founder, trainers or past participants, reflect the experiences of those individuals. They are not typical, and they do not predict or promise that you will achieve similar results.
Some people who share testimonials may have received a free or discounted program, or may have another connection to Inspirean. Where a material connection exists, we disclose it.
4. Earnings and Income
Any statements about income, wealth, business growth or financial outcomes are illustrative only. They are not a promise or prediction of your earnings. Any financial decisions you make, and their results, are your own responsibility.
5. Health and Wellbeing
Our programs can involve emotionally intense exercises and extended hours. Participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for deciding whether the Services are right for you. If you are under the care of a medical or mental-health professional, please consult them before participating. 6. Affiliates and Partners
Inspirean may pay commissions or other compensation to affiliates and partners who refer customers to us. If you purchase through an affiliate link, the affiliate may be compensated, at no additional cost to you.
7. Accuracy of Information
We work to keep our content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that any information on our websites or in our materials is complete, current or error-free. Program details, dates, pricing and offers may change, as described in our Terms of Service.
8. Third-Party Content and Links
The Services may reference or link to third-party content, products, websites and platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for them, and a reference does not mean we endorse them.
9. Trademarks
Inspirean, Genesis, Power Code™, Power Code Leadership, Promethean and related names and logos are trademarks of Inspirean, LLC or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspirean is not liable for any decision you make or action you take based on the Services. Our liability is limited as described in Section 14 of the Terms of Service.
